How to calculate the price per page of a bachelor's thesis?

The starting point is the number of pages multiplied by PLN 40. For 30 pages it is PLN 1,200, for 40 pages PLN 1,600 and for 60 pages PLN 2,400. However, do not assume the volume only based on the average found on the Internet. Departmental requirements vary and sometimes count characters rather than physical pages of the document.

In your submission, distinguish the main text from the bibliography, attachments and large tables. Also explain whether you already have a plan, literature, collected data and a draft. This information is more important than the job title itself.

How much does an urgent appointment cost?

For all work, the standard is 8 days or more. A deadline of 5-7 days means an additional fee of 15%, and 2-4 days 30%, provided that the scope can be realistically completed. Example for 40 pages: PLN 1,600 for a standard deadline, PLN 1,840 for 7 days and PLN 2,080 for 3 days.

The deadline for today or tomorrow for all work requires separate confirmation. The amount from the sample activity should not be treated as a guarantee of the availability of a specialist.

When can the price be lower than for the entire range?

If you prepared the text yourself, you may only need to check the language, footnotes or layout in Word. Such tasks are priced as proofreading, editing or formatting. For a single chapter, the deadline and fee are different than for the entire work.

An accurate estimate should indicate what will be inspected and what you will receive upon completion. This makes it easier to compare the cost of the order with the actual need.

How should you read a starting price?

A 'from' rate describes the simplest agreed scope. It does not mean every page or file takes the same effort. The same length may be a clear finished draft or a document with missing data, inconsistent references and supervisor comments.

When comparing quotes, ask what will be checked or prepared, how many rounds of changes are included and what needs separate approval. A price without a description of the deliverable does not make two services comparable.

What affects scope and timing?

Start with the condition of the source material and current university requirements. A short document with many tables, sources or substantive changes may need more work than a longer, well-prepared text. Page count is only one pricing factor.

Set the order of tasks: which changes must happen before the next stage, what files or decisions are still missing and when the result can be reviewed. Timing also depends on the availability of those materials.

How can you assess the finished work?

Compare the finished file with the agreed scope, not just the number of edits. Check whether the document's structure, citations, tables and important comments remain intact. An order for one element is not automatically a full audit of the thesis.

Before submission, open both the editable version and the final PDF. Update the contents page and cross-references, then review passages affected by changes. Check compliance with university rules on the file you will actually submit.

How should you order the tasks?

Work backwards from the final deadline and list earlier decisions on which later tasks depend: topic approval, access to data, supervisor comments, editing and file submission. Mark what you can do independently and where you must wait for someone else.

Give each stage a verifiable result, such as an approved outline, complete dataset or final PDF. A task labelled only 'work on the chapter' hides progress; a small concrete deliverable makes the schedule easier to adjust.

What if comments or delays appear?

Group comments into content, method and technical issues. Resolve those that may change the aim or results first; fixing punctuation before rewriting a whole section wastes effort. Keep the original file and the comment history.

If you need another person's decision, send one concise question with possible options and identify the relevant passage. Meanwhile, work on a part that does not depend on the answer. Silence is not approval.

How do you finish without rushing?

Check the content and the file separately. For content, compare the aim with the conclusions, sources with citations, and tables with their discussion. For the file, check the contents page, numbering, filenames and final PDF appearance.

Reserve time for an unexpected correction, especially where the university requires approval in a submission system. Send the version you actually read after export and retain proof of submission under your department's procedure.

How do you test whether the schedule is realistic?

Allow separate time for drafting, supervisor feedback, revisions and the technical submission. If several stages depend on one decision, do not schedule them as parallel tasks. Set a review point at which you can narrow the scope without losing the answer to the main question.

Keep one current file and label older versions clearly. With each revision, note what was changed and what still needs a decision. Near the deadline, this list helps you address material errors instead of rereading the entire correspondence.

Summary

The price of PLN 40 per page allows you to quickly estimate the budget, but does not replace the order description. First, determine the volume required for your field of study, and then choose the appropriate scope: full support, a single chapter or proofreading of the finished version.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a 40-page bachelor's thesis cost?

The base price in our price list is from PLN 1,600: 40 pages × PLN 40. With all work and a deadline of 7 days, for example, PLN 1,600 × 1.15 = PLN 1,840. The final cost requires a scoping analysis.

Does 50 pages cost PLN 2,000?

This is the starting price at PLN 40 per page and standard deadline: 50 × PLN 40 = PLN 2,000. If the scope includes additional specialized analysis or a short deadline, the quote may be different.

Is it possible to price only corrections for a bachelor's degree?

Yes. Then it is worth sending the current file with the supervisor's comments. Proofreading, editing and corrections have their own scope, so you should not automatically multiply all pages by the rate for preparing the work.
