1. Controller and data
The operator of Prace na Zamówienie controls data submitted through the service. We may process contact details, enquiry content, files, order and payment data and basic technical data.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, perform agreements, process payments and complaints, meet legal duties and secure the service. Consent-based marketing can be withdrawn.
3. Providers and transfers
Necessary providers may include Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Vercel and, when enabled with the required consent, Meta. Transfers outside the EEA should use GDPR-approved safeguards.
4. Retention and rights
Data is kept only as long as required for enquiries, agreements, accounting, complaints and claims. Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and may complain to the Polish data protection authority.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies may be used. Analytics and marketing tools are enabled only where the required consent has been obtained and can be managed through browser or consent settings.
