2. Enquiries and services
Submitting a form does not automatically accept an order. The agreement is concluded after scope, final price and deadline are confirmed. Materials are educational and supportive; the client is responsible for lawful use and institutional compliance.
3. Payments and digital products
Available payment methods are shown before conclusion. Stripe processes online payments. Digital products are delivered after payment confirmation; starting delivery before 14 days requires the consumer’s consent and acknowledgement.
4. Complaints and liability
Complaints may be sent by email with order details and the expected solution. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Service materials may not be resold or publicly distributed without permission.
5. Changes
The current version is published on this page. Changes do not alter already confirmed orders without the client’s agreement.
