Key information
- ✓Base price: bachelor's degree from PLN 40/page, master's and engineering from PLN 45/page.
- ✓For all work, a deadline of 8+ days is standard; 5-7 days means +15% and 2-4 days means +30%.
- ✓The price of proofreading a finished file is a different service than support in preparing the entire work.
| Type and volume | Action | Approximately from |
|---|---|---|
| Bachelor's degree, 40 pages | 40 × 40 PLN | 1600 PLN |
| Master's thesis, 60 pages | 60 × 45 PLN | 2700 PLN |

What does the price per page of a diploma thesis mean?
The rate applies to the agreed scope of assistance in preparing the material. The same number of pages does not mean the same amount of work: the availability of sources, the level of specialization, the amount of data, tables and supervisor's comments differ. Therefore, the result of the multiplication is the starting price and not an automatically binding offer.
It is also worth separating the order for the entire scope from a single task. If you have a ready text and only need proofreading, formatting or bibliography, select these services in the price list. There is no point in counting such an order as a new diploma thesis.
How does the term change the price?
For all work, the standard starts from 8 days and there is no surcharge for urgency. For a deadline of 5-7 days, the price list provides +15%, and for 2-4 days +30%. An order for today or tomorrow requires an individual consultation; the calculator itself does not confirm feasibility.
Example: a master's thesis with 60 pages has a base of 60 × PLN 45 = PLN 2,700. With 7 days, PLN 2,700 × 1.15 = PLN 3,105. With 3 days, PLN 2,700 × 1.30 = PLN 3,510. The difference is only in the term; specialized requirements may result in a separate quote.
What to send for an accurate quote?
Provide the type of work, topic, required scope, approximate number of pages and submission date. Attach university guidelines, current plan, collected sources, data or sketch and supervisor's comments, if you already have them. The more specific the materials, the easier it is to distinguish between necessary tasks and optional ones.
Also ask how the page is calculated and whether the price includes agreed corrections. When comparing offers, check the same scope and deadline; the amount alone without a description does not allow us to assess whether the proposals are comparable.
How should you read a starting price?
A 'from' rate describes the simplest agreed scope. It does not mean every page or file takes the same effort. The same length may be a clear finished draft or a document with missing data, inconsistent references and supervisor comments.
When comparing quotes, ask what will be checked or prepared, how many rounds of changes are included and what needs separate approval. A price without a description of the deliverable does not make two services comparable.
What affects scope and timing?
Start with the condition of the source material and current university requirements. A short document with many tables, sources or substantive changes may need more work than a longer, well-prepared text. Page count is only one pricing factor.
Set the order of tasks: which changes must happen before the next stage, what files or decisions are still missing and when the result can be reviewed. Timing also depends on the availability of those materials.
How can you assess the finished work?
Compare the finished file with the agreed scope, not just the number of edits. Check whether the document's structure, citations, tables and important comments remain intact. An order for one element is not automatically a full audit of the thesis.
Before submission, open both the editable version and the final PDF. Update the contents page and cross-references, then review passages affected by changes. Check compliance with university rules on the file you will actually submit.
How should you order the tasks?
Work backwards from the final deadline and list earlier decisions on which later tasks depend: topic approval, access to data, supervisor comments, editing and file submission. Mark what you can do independently and where you must wait for someone else.
Give each stage a verifiable result, such as an approved outline, complete dataset or final PDF. A task labelled only 'work on the chapter' hides progress; a small concrete deliverable makes the schedule easier to adjust.
What if comments or delays appear?
Group comments into content, method and technical issues. Resolve those that may change the aim or results first; fixing punctuation before rewriting a whole section wastes effort. Keep the original file and the comment history.
If you need another person's decision, send one concise question with possible options and identify the relevant passage. Meanwhile, work on a part that does not depend on the answer. Silence is not approval.
How do you finish without rushing?
Check the content and the file separately. For content, compare the aim with the conclusions, sources with citations, and tables with their discussion. For the file, check the contents page, numbering, filenames and final PDF appearance.
Reserve time for an unexpected correction, especially where the university requires approval in a submission system. Send the version you actually read after export and retain proof of submission under your department's procedure.
How do you test whether the schedule is realistic?
Allow separate time for drafting, supervisor feedback, revisions and the technical submission. If several stages depend on one decision, do not schedule them as parallel tasks. Set a review point at which you can narrow the scope without losing the answer to the main question.
Keep one current file and label older versions clearly. With each revision, note what was changed and what still needs a decision. Near the deadline, this list helps you address material errors instead of rereading the entire correspondence.
Summary
The simplest comparison is the number of pages times the rate appropriate for the type of work. In practice, scope, complexity and deadline are equally important. The calculator will show the starting point, and the consultant will confirm the real price after viewing the materials.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a 50-page diploma thesis cost?
An example base price is from PLN 2,000 for a bachelor's thesis (50 × PLN 40) or from PLN 2,250 for a master's and engineering degree (50 × PLN 45). The scope and deadline may change it.
Does the price include bibliography and formatting?
With the agreed scope of work preparation, basic editing, formatting, footnotes and bibliography are included in the price per page. They are priced separately when they constitute an independent service for a finished document.
Is it possible to know the price without contact details?
Yes. The calculator shows the approximate amount after selecting the type of service, number of pages and date. The final offer requires an analysis of requirements and materials.
Need support with your work?
Describe the topic, scope and deadline. We will review the materials, recommend the right support and prepare a clear quote.
