Key information
- ✓Basic data analysis: from PLN 150 per service in the Polish price list.
- ✓The price is not calculated automatically from the thesis page count.
- ✓The choice of tests and the scope of the results description depend on the data and research questions.
| Example service | Pricing basis | Approximately from |
|---|---|---|
| Data or survey analysis | rate per service | PLN 150 / service |
| Preparing research results | rate per service | PLN 150 / service |
| Review of an existing analysis | rate per service | PLN 150 / service |
What changes the price of statistical analysis?
A simple response summary and charts require different work from selecting tests for several hypotheses. The number of groups, variable types, missing data and the quality of spreadsheet coding also matter.
Software does not choose the correct method by itself. Excel, SPSS and Jamovi are tools; calculations must be justified by the research question and data collection method. Tests should not be selected merely to obtain an expected result.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
Attach the thesis topic and aim, research questions, hypotheses, questionnaire and a data sheet without identifying information about respondents. Specify whether you need data cleaning, tables, charts, tests or a description of the results.
Give the deadline and your supervisor's requirements for presenting the analysis. If you already have calculations, send their output and the method used. This helps distinguish a review of existing material from analysis from scratch.
How should you read a starting price?
A 'from' rate describes the simplest agreed scope. It does not mean every page or file takes the same effort. The same length may be a clear finished draft or a document with missing data, inconsistent references and supervisor comments.
When comparing quotes, ask what will be checked or prepared, how many rounds of changes are included and what needs separate approval. A price without a description of the deliverable does not make two services comparable.
What affects scope and timing?
Start with the condition of the source material and current university requirements. A short document with many tables, sources or substantive changes may need more work than a longer, well-prepared text. Page count is only one pricing factor.
Set the order of tasks: which changes must happen before the next stage, what files or decisions are still missing and when the result can be reviewed. Timing also depends on the availability of those materials.
How can you assess the finished work?
Compare the finished file with the agreed scope, not just the number of edits. Check whether the document's structure, citations, tables and important comments remain intact. An order for one element is not automatically a full audit of the thesis.
Before submission, open both the editable version and the final PDF. Update the contents page and cross-references, then review passages affected by changes. Check compliance with university rules on the file you will actually submit.
How do you connect the question to the method?
Write one main question and break it into smaller questions that your available material can answer. For each, identify a variable, category or document passage and the way you will analyse it. Naming a method alone does not explain how results will be produced.
Before collecting data, make a table with the research question, data source, instrument, analysis method and expected type of answer. If you cannot fill a column, revise the design before launching a survey, interviews or calculations.
How should you record material and limitations?
State where the data came from, whom or what it covers, the period studied and any exclusion criteria. When people are involved, check consent and data protection requirements. Do not invent missing responses or measurements.
Separate observation from interpretation. A table or chart presents a result; the following paragraph explains what it means for the research question. A small or purposively selected sample must not be presented as representative of an entire population.
How can you check the results section?
Trace each question to a table and each table to a conclusion. Include a source, sample size or unit whenever readers need it to understand a result. Check percentage denominators and ensure captions describe what is actually shown.
In the conclusion, distinguish an answer supported by evidence from a suggestion. Correlation is not proof of cause, and findings cannot be extended beyond the group or period studied. Name limitations that genuinely follow from the method used.
A sample audit trail for the study
Take one research question and trace it through the chapter: which instrument produced the answer, where is it in the data and which table displays it? If a finding has no such trail, return to the spreadsheet or notes. Do not interpret a result merely because you expected it.
Check that the analysis fits the data type. An open survey response needs different treatment from a numerical scale; an interview quotation cannot replace an explanation of coding. State how missing data were handled and where the conclusions cease to apply.
Summary
PLN 150 is a starting point for one service. To establish the actual price for your thesis, send the research questions, hypotheses, data sheet and expected results. We can confirm methods, timing and cost only after reviewing them.
Frequently asked questions
Is PLN 150 enough for the entire statistical analysis?
It is a starting price for the agreed basic scope of one service. With many variables, hypotheses, tests or missing data, we prepare an individual quote.
Can I order a review of an existing analysis only?
Yes. Reviewing a statistical analysis is a separate service from PLN 150. Send the results, method description and data so we can determine what needs checking.
Do I need collected data to request a quote?
If data have been collected, send a spreadsheet without respondents' personal information. If the study is still being planned, attach the topic, questions and draft survey; we will first assess the method and scope.
Need support with your work?
Describe the topic, scope and deadline. We will review the materials, recommend the right support and prepare a clear quote.
